Generally, Colead expects our workers to behave appropriately in relation to coworkers, business partners, and society as a whole and that they are legitimately treated as Colead workers and members when behaving outside of Colead. This procedure acknowledges that compliance with laws and the relevant legislation is a core requirement and an integral part of any worker's duty when doing business on behalf of Colead.
The highest priority for Colead is safety and quality. We will comply with all relevant laws and regulations, including reporting on safety records, which is intended to guarantee the safety and quality of pharmaceutical products, in our development, manufacturing, storage, and distribution activities. Our internal policies and standard working procedures are designed to ensure our patients' safety, and the quality of our products is also followed. Colead is committed to providing its workers with a healthy and safe work atmosphere. We comply with all relevant labor and safety rules, legislation, and company policies.
We are obligated to lift and notify our concerns on something that we feel may be a violation or a possible violation of the code of conduct. If you have concerns, questions, or suspected potential violations of the Code of Conduct, contact the management at the earliest opportunity or e-mail [email protected]
Anti-corruption, anti-bribery and Policy on Interactions with Healthcare Professionals
Colead is dedicated to upholding all rules, regulations, and industrial codes applicable to healthcare professionals, including codes defined by industry associations.
Colead workers shall comply with all relevant laws and regulations that prohibit government officials' bribery and all applicable legislation. We will not directly or indirectly provide government officials or foreign government officials with bribes (including money, goods, hospitality, gifts, and any other item of value). We would also not provide private-sector workers with payments or incentives that influence them to seek or maintain a business gain. We would also ensure that those who work for us, including our officers as well as vendors do not take part in unethical practices.
No employee nor anyone acting on Colead’s behalf may ever offer, authorize or provide a payment or benefit that is intended to improperly influence—or even appear to improperly influence—a government official or healthcare professional to gain any business advantage. No money, goods, hospitality, donations, or other valuable things will be supplied, provided, or promised to encourage or reward our products' favorable treatment. We shall have a legitimate need to do business, and we will not pay more than market value for the services offered when we receive consultant services, advisory board services, or any other services from healthcare professionals.
Colead shall conform and perform these practices properly and ethically, to all relevant legislation, regulations, and industrial codes regulating promotional activities and advertisement.
We will follow relevant corporate processes to ensure that our advertising data is reliable, balanced, equitable, scientific-based, and inaccurate or misleading. We will comply with regulatory requirements on advertising. Until the required marketing approvals have been issued in that region, we will not advertise our goods for a particular reason in a region.
Our promise to coworkers, business partners, and society
We will deal with personnel issues in an unbiased and equal manner and offer no preference in terms of personal issues like recruiting, recognition, transfer, and promotion to a worker based on personal relationships. Colead does not tolerate any physical, sexual, psychological, or oral harassment or violence or any other activity that could create a hostile workplace. All workers shall be treated in every employment decision, including but not limited to recruitment, promotion, remuneration, benefits, training, and termination, based on their skills, expertise, experience, behavior, work performance, and demonstrated ability relevant to job needs. To discourage such prejudice and abuse, Colead takes effective action. Everyone has the right, by his own choice and reflecting his or her interest as a worker, to create, join and refrain from joining an organization. The Colead workers shall also respect workers' legal right to negotiate jointly and discuss and negotiate their relationships as applicable to local legislation. We will protect the money, property, and other assets of Colead and will not misuse them for ourselves and any other third party. During and after jobs, all confidential information, including trade secrets and trade or technical information concerning Colead and its goods, are kept confidential and covered, and we will not misrepresent such information to third parties, nor will we use such information for any reason other than to exercise our obligations towards Colead.
We shall respect all applicable corporate accounting laws and regulations and corporate policies. According to commonly accepted accounting principles, we properly and correctly report all transactions in books of companies and not make fraudulent or artificial entries. We maintain internal control systems to ensure the accuracy and accuracy of all transactions.
We choose suppliers and customers according to just and objective criteria and based on personal relationships, without favor or preference. We shall not accept or solicit from vendors, clients, or others with whom we transact business any unlawful or ineffective benefits (including money, products, hospitality, gifts, or other value). Our communications with suppliers and subcontractors are made possible by Colead workers working to purchase and work for integrity, efficiency, and professionalism.
We will not share information or other competitive information with competitors and do not enter into agreements that are against anti-trust laws: pricing, power, customer sharing. Customers and those in the buying chain will never be interested in situations where the same sort of illicit collusion is present, and there is restricted competition, such as cooperative pricing, including quotas for production, etc. Buyers and others who take part in the buying process and others in communication with suppliers shall not notify third parties about competitive pricing and other terms.
Colead supports and recognizes the defense of human rights declared internationally and is confident that we are not complicit in human rights violations. Colead will promote a precautionary approach to environmental issues, pursue programs to facilitate greater environmental liability and, where possible, encourage the creation and dissemination of green technology.
